Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison February 20, 2003

United States Senate

Washington, D.C. 20510-4304

Dear Senator Hutchison:

Thank you for your letter of January 21, 2003 and this letter is in response to your reply to me. In your second paragraph you said: As you know, since Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein...the Iraqi people have been subjected to a repressive, brutal regime...I am also deeply concerned that Saddam Hussein is actively developing weapons of mass destruction. These devastating weapons under his control pose a potentially enormous threat to many freedom-loving countries throughout the world...

While much of what you say is true, it is also true of many other countries in the world. North Korea, China, Russia, etc., and are we to go to war with all of these also because they DO have weapons of mass destruction and China and Russia has International Continental Ballistic Missies pointed at the United States AT THIS VERY MOMENT. They are much more of a threat than Iraq. The truth of the matter is that Iraq is a threat only to the Israelis and not to the United States at all.

Then in paragraph three you said Saddam Husseins repeated failure to meet his obligation to the United Nations Security Council threatens the authority of the United Nations, and the safety of our world.

Following are the U.N. resolutions that Iraq is guilty of: which consists of 16 violations:

I could go on and name another hundred incidents of murder of 8222the Palestinians by the Zionists. But these should suffice to show that they are nothing but a bunch of murderers.

Then we must remember that the Israelis tried to sink the U.S.S. Liberty and put the blame on Egypt so America would go to war against that nation, because at the time the Israelis had started a fight with them. Then there is the incident in Lebanon when the Israelis had for knowledge of a bombing to take place against a Marine Base and would not warn our people of it. I could go on for another hundred or so incidents where the Israelis have proven to be anything but a friend to the United States and its people. But since Washington is control by the Zionists there is not much hope that anyone will do anything from there.

Yet I still have some hope that you just might prove to be a real American Statesman and stand up for America for once against these international killers. After all if we go to war against Iraq it will be because the Zionists want us to not because of any threat to America.

Now I full well realize that this letter is longer than you folks like but it was necessary to show that instead of attacking Iraq we should be attacking the Zionists in control of the country called Israeli. I also know that it would be committing political suicide to oppose President Bush in his plans to go to war in order to fight the Zionists enemy.

But I would ask you that if you sincerely mean what you said in paragraph five I believe my most important job as a United States Senator is to protect the citizens of this nation and the freedom on which our nation was founded. Then it would appear that instead of attacking Iraq, that we should be attacking the Zionists.

Thank you for your time and consideration,

Sincerely,

Willie Martin
